This week, the cleaning, restoration, and related work required from water damage to the lower level of our townhome were very satisfactorily completed. From our first contacts with Mr. Anders and Claims Specialist Ms. Lindsay Brodsky we received extraordinary service, assistance, cooperation and much appreciated empathy in very stressful circumstances.
In my administrative career, we employed the “Continuous Quality Improvement” management philosophy with the objectives of EXCEEDING CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS. From an initial inspection of damages meeting on December 03, 2019, with Mr. Anders, Ms. Brodsky, Mr. Taylor of Taylor’s Cleaning and Restoration, and Roto-Rooters representatives, we received diligent and “customer oriented service” and great cooperation in the coordination of several cleaning and repairs teams, all exceeding customer expectations!
We promptly received the reimbursement from Cincinnati, less our deductible and we have paid Mr. Taylor.
